We deliver goods from the city of Zaporozhye to all regions of Ukraine, as well as to foreign countries. Detailed information about terms and conditions of delivery and payment is provided in the corresponding section on this page. We do not set extra charge, when cash on delivery terms are chosen.

Delivery and payment
Orders are processed from Monday till Friday. Delivery is carried out to all regions of Ukraine and to all foreign countries. If you receive wrong goods by mistake, they will be either replaced or your payment will be returned to you (on condition that packing is safe).
Claims are accepted during two weeks after the payment date.
Delivery and payment are carried as follows:
1. By mail all over Ukraine
2. By mail to other countries
Orders from other countries shall be confirmed by e-mail. Postal services do not provide cash on delivery terms of payment for the international postings. Therefore, only prepaid delivery is possible. Prepayment can be made by bank transfer (Western Union).
3. By courier all over the city of Zaporozhye. Courier can deliver only those goods, which are presently available at storehouse of courier’s service. All other goods are delivered by mail. Minimum amount of order is 200 UAH. Cost of courier’s services for the delivery of goods to the less amount is 20 UAH.
